Stayed in one room for 2 nights.Very friendly and professional customer service.Room was clean with all you would expect from a motel and the decor suits the country vibe of the area.We also had breakfast items delivered to the room on both nights prior to the next morning.Great stay and will definitely be visiting again.
Was building a new house in Glen Innes and had to stay in a hotel for several weeks. Stayed at Glen Haven for one night and here is the review.They had a large sign advertising room for $69, and although money is not the issue, their breaking the law is.After I filled the registration form and was about to pay, the Indian owner tried to charge $75. After I told them of their sign advertising $69, he tried to excuse the extra charge by claiming it was GST.He quickly changed his mind when I told him I would make a complain to the authorities for false advertising. The non-smoking room stunk so bad that I actually slept on top of the bed and did not get under the covers. Maybe it is the culture or just human greed, but will not go back there and during building the house, I stayed in another hotel for 60 days.

Very cosy. Air conditioning and electric blanket for the cold nights. Brilliant shower. Bed comfortable. Good tv reception. The host is very obliging and will assist you with everything. Close to eateries. A lovely stay.
Very pleasant stay. Facilities as expected to for basic motel, but the friendly assistance and serviceman the stay even more pleasant. Close to main Street and food choices. Also close to the main highway alas, (right on it) so canhear the heavy vehicles as they pass, but this didn't disturb a good night's sleep. And oh! The hot water and showers were the best!... great pressure and room to move.
