Would not recommend this company to anyone. Manager is EXTREMELY rude and sarcastic. I will never use again.
Recently caught the bus to Coffs Harbour, service was excellent, vehicle was clean.
DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE. My partner booked a Brisbane to Armidale trip several weeks in advance. He rang ahead to confirm he was booked in for the bus trip. He turned up for his bus half an hour early and was informed that his bus time had been changed (with no notice) to an hour earlier and he had missed the bus. The company claims that they emailed all passengers to let them know, but we never received any email at all and there were at least 10 other people at the bus stop who were in the same situation (some were in tears over it). There was no alternative bus for another 48 hours. This service is absolutely disgraceful and highly disappointing.
