I have sent this agent 2 email enquiries & given plenty of time for response. She ignored both. I want to know a place is suitable before I make a long trip to look at it. I also don't make calls to mobiles because they are very expensive. If you are too lazy to answer email DON'T LIST ON THE INTERNET!!!!! I had to post one star because they won't post a zero star rating.
Understandable when people denigrate agents especially those particular realtors who have the lions share of the market, affording them 'the so called right to be dismissive'.In todays market most properties can sell themselves yet people for convenience still choose this way, hence agents making a nice fee, undercutting the vendor, or coaxing/pressuring the purchaser if business is slow...sell at any cost!If a property is more or less a done deal but still being advertised for sale, that is misleading, and a waste of time; at least 'under offer', (easy to insert anytime) gives the potential purchaser an indication re status; 'under contract', tells you you can put your cheque book away. Why agents do not take the property off their website seems to be a marketing tactic.This particular agent is abrupt, rude.and defensive..she must be doing alright! Really a turn off to want to live in Glen Innes.

Disgusting customer service! Called to arrange to view a property and called me back (and was quite rude) and said you cant view properties with them before handing in an application!? Seemed extremely odd and invasive but applied anyway (Have excellent references, rental history and I work) completed an application which included all my id, references and personal information (which I found extremely invasive) they even called and spoke to my boss to confirm my employment!? Sent them an email to follow up my application and the office admin said she has processed my application and I would receive a call within a couple days, still no contact 5 days later so sent email and also left message which they didn't return, waited another 2 days and rang her and she didn't even answer just hung up on me! Rang the office to be told the property was leased!? You would think that given them all my personal details and even speaking to my boss about a property I had never even viewed would at least warrant an email to say I was unsuccessful? Rude and disrespectful, not surprising the word around town is to stay away from them and currently there front window is smashed in!?
