Great, reliable, friendly and affordable local mechanic I get my car registered and serviced regularly by Shane and have never been left disappointed. Last time he even delivered my car home to me! They also check anything I might not (which is everything) and are open to payment plans for big jobs. 10/10 would (and do!) recommend

Awesome Biddle's Auto Repairs literally 'saved our ass' & made our day. It was late in the day & I had already driven from Tenterfield to Armidale to retrieve my husband from the airport & upon our return we started to have serious issues with our Toyota Land Cruiser to the degree we were wondering if we were going to make it home that night or end up stuck on the road somewhere with no signal to reach NRMA as we are in a mountainous region. We stopped in Glenn Innes out of despair, it was nearing the end of the business day & not being familiar with Glenn Innes we stopped at the obvious service stations on the main road who were of no help as they had not completed their scheduled business for the day & obviously had no interest in working over time. At one of the auto repair shops however a gentleman said " I can tell you a place you might try that is very dependable & really know their stuff & may be able to help you out, all you can do is give them a try" & he pointed me in the direction of where I would find Biddle's Auto Repairs.So we went over & it was obvious that this shop too had a number of jobs going & their hands full, however we were directed to speak with Shane the owner & he kindly listened to our plight & told us "I have to complete this job I'm on now, but if you don't mind waiting half an hour or so I will be more than happy to see if I can help you out with your problem & see if we can get you on the road & home safely tonight". We were amazed at his not missing a beat although it was already going on 5 getting dark & chilly he was more than willing if not happy to extend his day in hopes of helping us out. What a blessing.With that we went away & returned in half a hour & Shane was already under the bonnet - had pulled things apart & accessed the situation & had drained & checked the old fuel filter which apparently had no blockage as it drained but he put a new one in none the less, reassembling the parts he had disconnected & charged us next to nothing for all his time & efforts & smiled saying"Let's give this a try & see if we can get you home, I certainly hope it will" & wished us all the best.Our return trip home was like driving a new car, our engine compression was back to the degree we could pass vehicles climbing up the steepest of hills, where prior to the repair with Shane, we forced to have our flashers on creeping up the hills on the shoulder, even stalling out on two occasions it was very frustrating, alarming & dangerous. So with that, when all was said & done we highly recommend Shane & BIDDLE'S AUTO REPAIRS as being honest, very experienced, good trouble shooters, expedient, thorough & very reasonably priced . Must include that they have highly gracious & integral employees who will go "beyond the call' for their customers, even if you are a stranger walking in for the very first time. We were most impressed which is why I am here writing well deserved accolades & praises for their excellent service offered.HIGHLY RECOMMEND indeed.
