Good service. Cold fries stale bun and brown lettuce ... worst I've ever seen .. and I do like maccas

Was ready to walk out as the place was not clean. Food was cold and the staff were not worried about it. There was a person asleep at a table and food on the floor around him and not a pleasant smell from that spot. Usually a clean place.
The hash browns were deliciously crunchy and the lattes perfect however the hot cakes were so cold they couldn't even melt the butter and the syrup was forgotten from the bag. The staff were happy to exchange the hot cakes but by the time I got them the hash brown was cold. The staff were very courteous and all had a smile except the manager. The place was very busy though .I would go back .
